General Statement of the State and public entities for the financial year 1989.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and
General Council at its meeting on 19 December 1990. Art.1

E 'approved under article 12 of the law of 9 November 1979 n. 70, the General statement of
State for the financial year 1989 as set by the scheme of the Income Statements, statement of Account of the Heritage
residues and annexed to this Act (Annex "a") in conjunction with the financial || | Consuntivi for the financial year 1989 of the Institute for Social Security (Appendix "B"), the Company
Autonomous State for Public Services (Annex "C"), the Company Autonomous
State of Production (Annex "D"), the Company Autonomous State Philatelic-Numismatic
(Appendix "E"), the CONS (Appendix "F"), the Company Autonomous management of the Central
Milk (Appendix "G") and the Special Fund for Productive Activities (Annex "H").

Art.2 The Congress of State is authorized, notwithstanding dell'art.45 Law 9 November 1979
70, to postpone the forfeiture of pass residues will remain lit on the following chapters .
- 2-1300 (ex cap.02490) deriving from contractual relations with the AASFN
- 3-6810 limited to residues 306 and 1664 of the year 1985 - 4-1570 limited to the residual
n.1440 of the financial year 1985
- 8-4460 which result from the cost to the State Fund for Social Services.

Art.3 This Law shall enter into force on 5 day following that of its legal publication.
