LAW 19 February 1991 n.23 (published 26 February 1991) Extension of the benefits provided by Law 13 November 1987 n. 137 (measures of labor costs) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 19 February 1991. Art. 1 The benefits provided by Law 13 November 1987 n .137 are extended, with effect from 1 January 1991 to 31 December 1993. to that end, article 1 of Law 137 of 13 November 1987 it shall be replaced by the following: "in favor of industrial and craft enterprises in the textile industry and of 'clothing it applies a contribution relief to the extent of: - three points for all female employees employed in manufacturing; - a point to all female employees employed in the administration or marketing. " Art. 2 For the financial burden resulting from this provision, in evaluable L.300.000.000 = annual, will be covered by charges on Chapter 7-8153 "special fund for employment actions" of the financial statements for the years 1991, 1992 and 1993. Art. 3 from the benefits referred to in articles 1 and 2 of law 137 of 13 November 1987 decay employers who have made staff reductions after the entry into force of this Act and the companies who make staff reductions during the three years of his life. Art. 4 This Law shall enter into force on the 5th day following that of its legal publication.
