BILL FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ART
SAN MARINO
We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 1 August 2012:

AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 29 January 1992 No. 7 -
GENERAL PLAN (PRG) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES TO ASSIST FIRMS
Art. 1
1. Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 (Master Plan)
are amended in accordance with the provisions of the next paragraph.
2. The parcels located in City, Selva Valley, marked the Map Sheet
38 382 (in part) and 116 aimed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone E:
agricultural areas" ( Article 7 of 43/1992) and at the same time including in the "zones protected natural
" (Article 31 of the 7/1992 Law) Law have been transformed into "Zone D:
productive areas to direct intervention" ( Article 7 of 40/1992 Act). 3
. The changes referred to in the preceding paragraph are shown in Appendix "A" of this law
.
Art. 2
1. The plan called "Table of Areas Naturalistic Safeguard" of Law 16 November 1995
126, is amended in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

Art. 3
1. This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
