CHANGE IN THE BUDGET OF THE STATE AND CHANGES TO
BUDGET ESTIMATES OF PUBLIC FOR THE FINANCIAL pre vious
1993.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 29 October 1993.
Art. 1
E 'approved, pursuant to art. 31 of the Law of 9 November 1979 n. 70, the change in
of the State Budget for the financial year 1993.
Art scheme. 2
And 'authorized under Law 26 November 1980 n. 8 and Decree 29 December 1983 n. 109
the variation known to the Budget dell'AASP, for the financial year 1993
approved by the Company's Board of Directors with the same resolution no. 424 of 23 September 1993.

Art. 3
And 'authorized, in accordance with Law No 9 November 1979. 0, the note of changes in estimates of the CONS
Budget for the 1993 financial year, approved by the National Council of CONS
same resolution no. 7 of 15 July 1993.
Art. 4
And 'authorized, in accordance with Law 20 December 1990 n. 156 and the Law 8 July 1991 n.
85, the note of the Budget variation ISS for the financial year 1993
approved by the ISS Board of Directors with the same resolution no. 2 of 27 August 1993
.
Art. 5
And 'authorized, in accordance with Law 26 November 1980 n. 88 and the Decree of 29 December 1981 n. 112
the note of the Budget variation dell'AASS, for the financial year 1993
approved by the Company's Board of Directors with the same resolution no. 211 of 28 June 1993.

Art. 6
A modification of art. 21 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103 and pursuant to art. 1 of Law 29 January 1987 n
. 14, the maximum contribution due to the Council Groups for 1993 is raised to
L. 1326965627 =.
Art. 7
A modification of art. 22 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103, the contribution of the Board's
Groups in art. 2 of Law 29 January 1987 n. 13 is raised to L. = 534 million.
Art. 8
A modification of art. 10 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103 the maximum amount of expenditure for the financial year 1993
charged to the cap. 7-44553 passes by L. L. 175,000,000 to 180,000,000 = =.
Art. 9
A modification of art. 16 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103, the maximum amount of the contribution
provisions of Law 30 November 1982 n. 105 for the 1993 financial year is raised to L.
5.790.000.000 =.
Art. 10
A modification of art. 18 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103, the maximum amount of funding
payable during the financial year 1993 in accordance with Law 29 September 1987 n.
118, as amended, it is raised to L. 20,900,000 =. The related grants charged
interests of the state, as well as interest on old loans, are attributed, in account competencies and
residues into account, on the cap. 7-8170 "Grants c / interest subsidized loans to enterprises."
Art. 11
A modification of art. 30 of Law 23 December 1992 n. And pursuant to Article 103.
1 of Law 20 December 1990 n. 156, the Congress of State is authorized to provide the ISS,
for the financial year 1993, a grant of not more than. 48200000000 = attributable to the
cap. 8- 4407, without prejudice to the undertaking to absorb any ell'esercizio 1994 financial
deficit ascertained in the final balance for managing healthcare and social-service health
at year-end 1993. | || Art. 12
A modification of art. 27 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103, the amount available to the Township Councils
in accordance with Law 10 November 1988 n. Raised to 112. = 800,000.
The sum will be set off against the cap. 90 L. = 300.000 and the cap. 95 er L. 500,000,000 = the balance of
prediction dell'AASP.
Art. 13
A modification of art. 19 of Law 23 December 1992 n. 103, the upper limit of expenditure overall
for the 1993 financial year at the expense of chaps. 9-3270 and 9-3280 passes by L.
212 million = a. = 132 million.
Art. 14
The Congress of State is authorized, in accordance with Law 27 September 1984 n. 84 and Law 27 March 1990 n
. 44, to have an agreement with the banks available for dispensing,
during the 1993 financial year, the funds provided under those laws, up to the maximum amount of
L. = 220,000,000, with the payment of a contribution in c / interests, including
of past loans, for an amount of up to wings to L. 40,000,000 =, by
attributed the cap. 6-6500.
Art. 15

The Congress of State is authorized to require the ISS of refund equal to 10% of the amount recognized in the balance on
cap. 2-6390, by way of flat-rate recovery of
retirement allowances paid in the State regime in favor of former employees ISS

The Congress of State is authorized to contract with the Social Development Fund of the Council of Europe
