ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CENTRE OF TECHNICIANS AND DEPARTMENTAL
COMPUTER AT THE DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES TECHNOL OGICI
UNIVERSITY OF STUDIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO || | CONSUMPTION BY THE INSTITUTE OF CYBERNETICS.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and
General Council at its meeting on 20 December 1993. Art.1

And 'established the Departmental Center of Information Technologies of the Department of Studies | || Technology.

Art.2 The Centre is made up of the transformation dll'Istituto of Cybernetics Center for Departmental
under the Department of Technological Studies of the University of San Marino Republic
Studies.
Consequently all human resources, equipment, and real estate assets currently available
Institute are transferred to the center and through it the Department of Technological Studies.

Art.3 The Centre has for main purpose to support scientific and educational ctivities of the Department and
Technological Studies and will provide IT services at the University of Studies of the Republic of San Marino
.
It returned in the ends of the center also the editor ae popular science activities of the Department of Technological Studies
.

Art.4 The magazine's Director is appointed by the Rector on the recommendation of the Department.

Art.5 The plans and work programs of the Centre are in turn submitted to the Director
of Technological Studies Department.

Art.6 The Centre is part fledged University of Studies of the Republic of San Marino and
particularly in the Department of Technological Studies that has its resources.

Art.7 The Cybernetics Institute staff converges on the staff of the University of Studies
Republic of San Marino and is transferred to the Department of Technological Studies.

Art.8 The Departmental Information Technology Centre will depend on the accounts by the Department of Technological Studies
.
The Department of Technological Studies will be able to obtain specific funding for the conduct of
activities of the Centre.

Art.9 All fixed charges so far by the State for the support of the Institute of Cybernetics, and in particular
its personnel, in addition to those donated to the University of || | Studies of the Republic of San Marino to allow the activities of the Centre.

Article 10. This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication.
