LAW 150 of 17 December 1997 BUDGET ESTIMATES OF THE STATE AND LOCAL BULLETIN BD LICI FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1998 BUDGET LAW AND MULTI-YEAR MULTI-YEAR 1998/2000 EXPENDITURE We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 17 December 1997. Art.1 E 'approved, in terms of competence, the state prediction of the Entry and Exit tool exercise finanziario1998 annexed to this Act (Annex " TO"). Art.3 are approved in terms of expertise: - the Budget for the financial year 1998 of the Institute for Social Security (Annex "C / 1"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C /" 2) ; - The Budget for the financial year 1998 the Company Autonomous State for Public Services (Annex "C / 3"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C / 4"); - The Budget for the financial year 1998 the Company Autonomous Production State (Annex "C / 5"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C / 6"); - The Budget for the financial year 1998 the Company Autonomous Philatelic-Numismatic State (Annex "C / 7"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C / 8); - the Budget for ' financial year 1998 of the Centrale del Latte (Annex "C / 9"); - the Budget for the financial year 1998 CONS (Annex "C / 10"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C / 11" ); - the Budget for the financial year 1998 of the University (Appendix "C / 12"), as well as its multi-year financial statements (Annex "C / 13"). Art.4 are authorized under laws, the assessment, collection and payment in the State Treasury, with the commitment to bring its revenue to the extent of the recovery of the real value so far lost it on the basis dell'evouzi index of consumer prices, taxes, fees, revenue, contributions and any other income attributable to the State, in accordance with current standards for the financial year 1998. Article 5. Art.6 The authorization of expenditure for the year 1998 resulting from laws and decrees currently in force, which regulate activities or actions have ongoing or recurrent, is willing, in the present law, within the limits of the amounts indicated in respect of each expenditure item Annex estimates. The management procedures and methods of payment are those indicated in the laws expressly mentioned nellad naming of the chapters or the list annexed to this Act (Annex "D"). Article 7 The Congress of State is authorized, in accordance with Law 110 of 15 December 1994, to have an agreement with the banks available for delivery during the 1998 financial year, funding foreseen by this law up to competition maximum of £ .14.000.000.000 amount, with the payment of an interest subsidy for a total amount, inclusive of past loans, not exceeding £ .2.200.000.000, to be charged on cap.2-8-7450. Art.8 E 'approved, in accordance with Article 13 of Law 70 of November 9, 1979, the elevation, respectively £ .350.000.000 and £ .525.000.000, the maximum expenditure ceiling for the year 1998 financial year of which the Laws November 30, 1979 and February 21, 1990 77 35, with the option for the State Congress to authorize the commitment of the individual expenses on 02.01.1930 and 02.01.2030 chapters. Art.24 The State Congress has reserved the right to proceed, at the proposal of the Township Councils, the transfer of funds at year-end, between chapters 1-6-3810 "Checks to Township Councils" and 2-6- 7280 "Quote Juntas contribution Castle intended for the purchase of assets". Art.27 The dell'AASP Board of Directors is authorized to make available to the Township Councils the sum of £ .820.000.000, to be used in the manner prescribed in Article 29 of the law 24 February 1994 n.22. The amount will be charged on sections 103 and 119 of the dell'AASP Budget. Art.28 Pursuant to Article 1 of Law 156 of 20 December 1990, the Congress of State is authorized to provide the ISS, for the year f nancial 1998, a loan not exceeding £ .65.000.000.000, from attributable to the Cap. 1-9-4590, and a contribution not exceeding £ .9.000.000.000, to be charged on the cap. 1-9-4610, without prejudice to the undertaking to absorb any deficit in financial year 1999 established ac nsuntivo for managing healthcare and social health service in the year end 1998. Art.29 The Congress State is authorized to make available to the International Monetary Fund, to be paid by anticipation ICS, foreign exchange reserves that, by way of participation in the IMF's principal, may from time to time required in execution of commitments to 'act of accession to the Fund. Art.30 The Congress of State is authorized to require the ISS a refund equal to 10% of the amount recognized in the balance in the previous financial ye ar es on the cap. 03.01.2670, by way of flat-rate recovery of paid pension contributions in the state regime in favor of former employees ISS.
