EXTENSION OF TERMS OF THE LAW May 12, 1989 No. 51 "
The INCENTIVE MEASURES FOR YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN FOR SUMMER IODO"


We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 15 September 1998.

Art.1 (Extension of benefits)
The benefits provided by Law 51 of May 12, 1989, as amended by Act 28
43 May 1992 and Law 65 of May 10, 1995, shall be extended in the manner and terms in
they planned to the years 1998 - 1999 - 2000 with effect from 15 June 1998.

Art.2 (Allocation of expenditure)
The costs arising from this Act shall be covered by charges on
Cap.2-8-7460 "Special Fund for interventions on employment" of the financial statements for the years 1998 - 1999
-
2000. Art.
3 (Entry into force)
This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
