AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 14 OF LAW 21 March 1995 42 (
ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSIONS Board PERMANENT REFORM D ELLE
COMMISSIONS Board)

Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 13 December 2000. Art.1

Article 14 of Law 42 of March 21, 1995 "Establishment of the Permanent Commissions
Board's and the Board's" Fees Reform is amended as follows:
"Art.14

Minutes of the Commissions sessions each session of the commission will draw up the minutes. in the preparation of the minutes
oversees the Chairman of each Commission.
the reports shall contain all the resolutions adopted in the order as well as a concise summary and essential of
positions emerging in the debate.
Copies of each report is sent with the convening of the next session.
in this meeting, the minutes are approved at the "Communications."
Although not expressly provided for in the preceding paragraphs is
refer to the provisions of Title VI of the Law March 11 21 198 as amended by Law 128 of 31 October 1986
".

Art.2 They are repealed all provisions inconsistent with this Law.

Art.3 This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
