CHANGES IN THE STATE BUDGET AND THE BUDGET OF THE PUBLIC FORECAST FOR

L 'FINANCIAL YEAR 2002

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 20 November 2002. Art.1

According to Article 25 of Law 30 of February 18, 1998, in compliance with resolution of the Congress of State
31 dated October 21, 2002, it has approved the variation pattern of
