We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on July 17, 2014:

"SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM: ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SYSTEM ADDITIONAL
"


Art.1 (Extension of terms provided for in Article 5, paragraph seven, item 7)

The period for issuing the delegated decree referred to in Article 5, paragraph seven, item 7
of Law 191 of December 6, 2011 is extended to 30 September 2014.


Art.2 (Terms referred to in Article 23, second paragraph)

The first issue of the statement to each writing containing information on
individual position, and on the costs incurred on operations, as required
Article 23, second paragraph, is to be made later no later than 30 September 2014.


Art.3 (Entry into force)

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
