GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE STATE AND ENTITIES PUBBLI CI
FINAL REPORT OF THE CENTRAL BANK FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR END ANZIARIO 2003



We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino


Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 15 December 2004.


Art. 1
They are approved in accordance with Article 58 of the Legg 18 February 1998 n. 30, the State General
flow statement for the financial year 2003, as set out in Article 55 of that legg
(Attachment "A") and the general statements for the same financial year the Company
autonomous State Philatelic-Numismatic (Appendix "B"), the Company autonomous State of
Production (Appendix "C"), the autonomous State Company for public Services (Annex "D"), || | the CONS (Appendix "E"), the Institute for Social Security (Appendix "F"), the University of
Studies (Appendix "G") and the Company Autonomous Centrale del Latte State (Annex "H").
Art. 2
I still turned active compounds are retained in the financial statements until the State Congress
resolve its definitive cancellation in accordance with Article 66 of Law 18 February 1998 n.
30.
Art. 3
The autonomous institutions of the public sector sno allowed to defer the
forfeiture of still switched on residues of the relevant resolution of the Board of Directors.
Art. 4
E 'it approved, in accordance with Article 20 of the Legg 8 March 1988 n. 33, the Budget
Final Balance for the financial year 2003 of the Central Bank - Treasury Service (Annex
"I").



Art. 5
This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
