REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO LAW December 17, 2004 173 REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OFFICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 17 December 2004. Art. 1 in order to better support with organic unity and continuity, the economic internationalization process of the Republic of San Marino and in order, also, to be supportive to the Government, subject to the full centrality of the Department of Foreign Affairs in its institutional implementation of the activities of foreign policy aimed at concluding bilateral and multilateral agreements, it is established the Uffico for International Economic Relations. The Office for International Economic Relations is entrusted with the tasks set out in article 2.
