REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 18 March 2010 55 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005 n. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 12 December 2005, namely: - the need to adapt the system for determining the validity of daylight saving time period to that of other European countries, as was the case in previous years; - The urgent need to make such an adjustment as in the aforementioned European countries this will come with effect from the last Sunday in March; Given the decision of the Congress of State no. 14 adopted at its meeting on 15 March 2010; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: DETERMINATION OF START DATES AND END OF SUMMER TIME FOR THE YEAR 2010 Art. 1 From two hours Sunday, March 28, 2010 to the three (legal hours) Sunday, October 31, 2010 , the normal time is advanced, to all effects, of sixty minutes. Art. 2 All Office Heads and all the heads of public and private companies will ensure the two hours of March 28, 2010 the clocks are drawn to mark the three o'clock in the morning hours. The time advance will cease to three hours of 31 October 2010; in that time the Office Heads and Heads of public and private companies will ensure that the watches are restored to score two o'clock.
