We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005; We
promulgate and publish the following Qualified Law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 21 February 2011 with 36 votes in favor, 6 against, 15 abstentions and one non-voting
:

QUALIFIED LAW 24 February 2011 Ranked # 1

MODIFICATION OF THE SIXTH PARAGRAPH OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE LAW 15 December 2005
184 (LAW ON THE QUALIFIED STATE CONGRESS)

Art. 1

The sixth paragraph of Article 1 of Law 15 December 2005 n. 184 (Qualified Law on
Congress of State) is amended as follows:
"can not be appointed members of the State Congress
those who have held this office, since their first appointment, for a total period of at
exceeding ten years. The Secretaries of State that accrues during that period the exercise of its mandate have
power to conclude the current mandate.
Those who have reached the end of the preceding paragraph may
again fill the role of a member of the State Congress spent a period of time equal
least ten years from the termination of the last assignment. "

Art. 2

The Secretaries of State that the entry into force of this Act have exceeded the term of
referred to in Article 1, paragraph 1, may conclude the current mandate.

Art. 3

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
