SAN MARINO

DECREE - LAW 17 March 2011 48


We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of the necessity and urgency conditions laid down in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law
December 15, 2005 and 183 of Article 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n
.184 namely:
- the need to adapt the system for determining the time period covered legal
to that of other European countries, as was the case in previous years;
- The urgent need to make such an adjustment as in the aforementioned European countries this will happen
with effect from the last Sunday in March;
Given the decision of the Congress of State no. 15 adopted at its meeting on 7 March 2011;
Considering Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2,
of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following Decree-Law:



DETERMINATION OF THE DATE OF BEGINNING AND END OF SUMMER TIME FOR THE YEAR 2011



Art. 1

From two o'clock of Sunday, March 27 2011 to Sunday, October 30, three (legal) 2011 hours,
normal clocks are put forward, in effect, sixty minutes.

Art. 2

All Office Heads and all the heads of public and private companies will ensure that at March 27, 2011
two clocks are drawn to mark the three o'clock in the morning hours.
The time advance will cease to three hours of 30 October 2011; in that now
Office Heads and Heads of public and private companies will ensure that the watches are restored to score two o'clock
.
