We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
Given the necessity and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law
December 15, 2005 and 183 of Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of December 15, 2005 and
precisely the necessity and the urgency of the requirements from the school year 2011/2012
for inscription on the lists for teaching in Middle School and Lower School and Upper Secondary
the teaching of English in primary school and
Physical Education in Schools of each order and degree and recognize the training course enabled
with Delegated Decree n.127 / 2010 as an enabling title to teaching, taking into account the
imminent deadline for submitting applications for entry to the rankings by
of the aspirants to the teaching;
Given the decision of the Congress of State no. 26 adopted at its meeting on 12 April 2011;
Considering Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2,
of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following Decree-Law:
INTEGRATION LAW May 3, 2007 # 57 "PROVISIONS
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCESS TEACHING IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
LOWER AND UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL AND TEACHING OF
ENGLISH IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS
EACH ORDER AND GRADE "AS AMENDED
The training course for aspiring teachers of Middle School Lower and Upper Secondary School
, English Language in the Elementary School and Physical Education in each order and degree
Schools, activated with Delegated Decree 23 July 2010 n. 127, is qualifying for teaching.
This course does not give rise to the award of points for the title of culture.
From the school year 2011/2012 can subscribe to lists for teaching in
Lower and Upper Secondary School and the teaching of English in the
Elementary School and all schools in Physical Education levels, even those who
are in possession of the qualification of Law 106 of 17 September 1993, the Law of 26 June 2003
85, the law 25 February 1998 n.39, to decree 71 of June 8, 1998, the decree of 7 June 2002
71, Annex B of the Law May 3, 2007 57, Annex A to decree
Managing June 19, 2009 72, in conjunction with the training course, qualifying for teaching
referred to in article 1.
Personnel in possession of the course referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1
Training is given the score for his service on the basis of the specific rankings.
Any service provided before the achievement of the Training Course
under article 1 of this decree - law does not give rise to the award of service score.
For the aspirants to positions and supply teachers who enroll in the ranking based on the old system of study
titles provided by Law 106 of 17 September 1993, by Law 26 June 2003

71, in conjunction with the training course referred to in Article 1, the
Table C is applied attached to Law 41 of July 17, 1979.
For those who sign up on the list on the basis of qualifications provided for in Annex B to the Law
3 May 2007 and 57 of Annex A to the Chief Executive Decree of June 19, 2009 72, || | conjunction with the course referred to in article 1 Education, is applied
Table in Appendix C to the Law 57 of May 3, 2007, as well as the Chief Executive Decree 24 June 2010 n.116,
as supplemented by the following article 4.
The Chief Executive Decree of 24 June 2010 n.116 is so integrated:
"3. The title of graduation need for access to lists for teaching in school
Media Lower and Higher Secondary and for the teaching of English in the
Elementary School and Physical Education in Schools of all levels , in conjunction with the Training Course
qualifying for teaching activated by the Department of Education of the University of San Marino
studies, with each higher voting 77/110 and up to 110/110: 1. Points ".
