AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 29 January 1992 Ranked # 7 -
GENERAL PLAN (PRG)



We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino


Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 14 December 2005.



Art.1
Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows: in the village sites
'' Land Falciano:
- particles identified land registry sheet 7 to 40 numbers (in part), 41 (in part) and 785 (in part
) located in the village Falciano - Serravalle and intended on the table of the General Plan as
'' Zone C: Areas of completion Residential and Services in detailed plan of
public initiative '' (Article 37 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992) are transformed into: '' zones
'' Park (Article 30 Law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex
'' in '' this Act;
- The particle marked the land registry sheet 7 number 785 (in part) and the portion of the land marked
land registry to public roads of the sheet 7, located in the village of Falciano -
Serravalle and intended on the board of Plan general as a '' Zone C: Areas of
Residential Completion and Services in detailed plan of public initiative '' (Article 37 of Law 29 January 1992
7) are transformed into: '' viabilities Carrabile Project ' ', as defined by
plan of attachment' 'to' 'this Act;
- The particle marked the land registry sheet 7 number 785 (in part) located in area
Falciano - Serravalle and bound on the table of the General Plan as '' Zone in Park ''
(Article 30, Law 29 7 January 1992), it is TRASFO mata in: '' viabilities Carrabile Project '', as defined by
plan of attachment '' to '' this Act;
- The particle marked the land registry sheet number 7 in 1407 (partly) located in area
Falciano - Serravalle and bound on the table of the General Plan as '' Zone C: Areas
Completion of Residential and Services a detailed plan of public initiative ''
(Article 37 of Law 29 January 1992 7) is transformed into: '' Zone for Services in PP: Cult (CU) ''
(Article 48 of Law 29 January 1992 7), as defined by the plan of attachment '' to ''
of this Act;
- The particle marked the land registry sheet 7 number 702 located in area Falciano -
Serravalle and bound on the table of the General Plan as '' Zone C: Areas of
Residential Completion and Services in the Detailed Plan public initiative '' (Article 37 of Law 29 January 1992
7) it is transformed into: '' Zone for S rvices to PP: Technology (CT) '' (Article 48
Law January 29, 1992 # 7 ), as defined by the plan of attachment '' to ''
of this law;
- Particles identified land registry sheet 7 to 32 numbers (in part), 33 (partly) and 779 (in part
), located in the village of Falciano - Serravalle and intended on floor boards General Town
as '' Zone E: agricultural areas '' (Article 43 Law 7 of 29 January 1992) are transformed into:
'' Zone bE: Residential areas Sparse direct Action '' (Article 35 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7)
as defined by the plan of attachment '' to '' this Act.
Land sites in locations Bosche:
- the particle marked land registry to 8 Sheet number 216 (in part), situated in the locality
Bosche - Serravalle and designed on the General Plan tables as '' Zone E:
agricultural areas '' (Article 43 Law 7 of 29 January 1992) is transformed into: '' Zone bE: Residential areas
Sparse direct Action '' (Article 35 of Law 29 January 1992 7),
as defined by the plan of attachment '' to '' this Act;
- The particle marked land registry to 8 Sheet number 216 (in part) located in area
Bosche - Serravalle and bound on the boards of General Plan as '' Zone E: agricultural areas
'' (Article 43 law 7 of 29 January 1992) is transformed into: '' Roads of
Carrabile Project '', as defined by the plan of attachment '' to '' this Act;
- The particle marked land registry to 8 Sheet number 216 (in part) located in area
Bosche - Serravalle and bound on the boards of General Plan as '' Zone E: agricultural areas
'' (Article 43 law 7 of 29 January 1992) is transformed into: '' Green Zone to Private ''

(Article 28, Law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan of attachment '' to ''
of this Act. ''.


Art.2
Do not apply the provisions of Article 1 of the law 26 February 2002 n.34,
in relation to land owned by the Most Excellent Chamber, distinct to the land registry map sheet 8
particle 216 (in part).


Art.3
This Act, which repeals all contrary provisions, shall enter into force on the fifth day
following that of its legal publication.
