REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 29 January 1992 Ranked # 7 -
GENERAL PLAN (PRG) We

captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 22 February 2006.
Art. 1
Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows:
"Serravalle Nursery School:
- particles identified land registry to 6 Sheet number 253 and 579 (in part )
located in Serravalle and intended on the table of the General Plan as "Zone B:
Residential Areas for Direct Intervention" (Article 34 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992),
are transformed into " areas for PP Services: kindergartens (sm) "(Article 48 of law
January 29, 1992 7), as defined by the plan set out in Annex" to "the
this Act;
- Particles marked the land registry sheet 6 numbers 437 and 579 (part), located
in Serravalle and intended on the table of the General Plan as "Areas to equip
in Public Green" (Article 29 law 7 of 29 January 1992) are
transformed into "Zone for PP Services: kindergartens (sm)" (Article 48 of law 29
7 January 1992), as defined by the plan of Annex "to" the present
law;
- The particle marked land registry to 6 Sheet number 246 (in part), located in
Serravalle and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Zones
Park" (Article 30, Law 29 January 1992 n . 7) is transformed into: "Zone for PP
Services: kindergartens (sm)" (Article 48 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex
"to" the pres nt law. ".

- particles marked the land registry sheet numbers 66 121 (part), 122 and 166
(partly) located in Montegiardino and intended locations on the board of Plan | || General as "Zone E: Farmland" (Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 7)
are transformed into "Zone for PP parking (p)" (Article 48 of Law 29 January
7 of 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex "b" of this
law;
- The particle marked the land registry sheet number 66 163 (partly) located in
locations Montegiardino and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Zone
A: homogeneous zones of historical environmental character" (Article 33 law 29 January 1992
7) is transformed into: "Zone for PP parking (p)" (Article 48 of law 29
7 January 1992), as defined in the plans referred to ' attachment "b" of this
law. ".
Art. 3
Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 are amended as follows:
"Infant School of Domagnano:
- the particle marked the land registry sheet number 22 191 (in part) located
locations in Domagnano and bound on the table of the General Plan as "areas to equip
in Public Green" (Article 29, Law 29 January 1992 7) is transformed into
: "Zone for Services in PP : kindergartens (sm) "(Article 48 of law 29 January 1992
7), as defined by the plan set out in Annex" c "of this Act.".
Art. 4
This Act, which repeals all contrary provisions, shall enter into force on the fifth day
following that of its legal publication.
