SAN MARINO
AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 240 OF THE PENAL CODE
We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law passed by
Great and General Council at its meeting on 22 February 2006.
Art.
1 (Amendment to Article 240 of the Criminal Code)
Article 240 of the Criminal Code is replaced by the following:
"Art. 240
(Ground for road use)
Whoever, except in cases covered by the first paragraph of the previous article
and without specific permission from the public authorities, which prevents or hinders
in any way the use on public roads, is punished with imprisonment || | first Instance or with the arrest of third degree or with the daily fine
second degree. ".
Art.
2 (Entry into force)
This Law shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following that of its legal publication
.
