THE CENTRAL COMMAND OF POLICE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 28 December 2011 203 (Ratification Decree Law 154 of 30 September 2011) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino The Decree - Law 154 of 30 September 2011 - "Extension of the mandate of the President and members of the Public Finance Control 'Commission, promulgated: Given the assumptions of necessity and urgency in art. 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005 n. 183 and art. 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184, namely the necessity and the urgency to extend the mandate of the current members of the Commission of Public Finance Control for the time strictly necessary to make the appropriate changes to the rules on accounting system designed to redefine the composition of the Commission and the riqualificarne functions; Given the decision of the State Congress adopted in the sitting of 3 September 30, 2011; Given the amendments to the above Decree in connection with ratification of the same by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 22 December 2011; Having regard to Articles 8 and 9, paragraph 5, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the final text of the Decree - Law 154 of 30 September 2011 as amended as a result of the amendments approved by the Great and General Council at the time of ratification: EXTENSION OF THE MANDATE OF THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE CONTROL COMMISSION PUBLIC FINANCE the period referred to in paragraph 1 of the sole Executive Officer of Decree 24 February 2011 n. 44 and the end of the single Article of the Decree - Law 11 May 2011 n. 79 are extended until the appointment of the Commission of Public Finance Control as required by Law 28 November 2011 n.185.
