Microsoft Word - DL135-2012.doc REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO LAW DECREE 135 of August 31, 2012 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Given the persistence of the necessity and urgency based on assumptions of which the Decree Law was promulgated 1st 63 June 2012 "urgent measures concerning public guarantee on loans granted by the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino" and more specifically: - the need to form a common front with the San Marino banking system at this particular juncture still marked by extraordinary emergencies that could temporarily create disturbance to the liquidity of the same banking system; - The urgent need to allow, as a precautionary measure, any timely interventions of support from the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino in accordance with article 33, paragraph 1, letter d) of Act 96 of June 29, 2005 and subsequent changes; Deemed necessary to repeat the above Decree Law pending its presentation to the Great and General Council for ratification; Given the decision of the 49 State Congress adopted in the sitting of 21 August 2012; According to article 22 of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: RECURRENCE DECREE LAW 1st June 2012 N. 63 "URGENT PROVISIONS RELATING TO GUARANTEE ON PUBLIC FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO" Single Article The Law Decree n June 1, 2012 .63 "urgent measures concerning public guarantee on loans granted by the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino" is repeated for all legal purposes in the text already published.
