DECREE - LAW 138 of 27 September 2012




We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino


Given the persistence of the necessity and urgency based on assumptions of which we are
were promulgated the following Law-Decrees 67 of 28 June 2012 "Urgent measures in support
of the financial system", 107 of 2 August 2012 "amendments to the Act 42 of July 22, 1977 - Law on
Consortiums and subsequent amendments and additions", 111 of 2 August 2012 "urgent measures to
protection of workers involved in the reduction procedures personal ", 113 of August 3, 2012
" Amendment to Law 35 of March 30, 2012 - extraordinary provisions on naturalization "and
135 of 31 August 2012" Reiteration Decree - Law 1 June 2012 n. 63 'Urgent measures
on public guarantees on loans granted by the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino
"and considered that those conditions are considered fully confirmed
in their original form;
Considering that, for the Bureau Decision and because of the dissolution of the Great and General Council
, it was not possible to proceed in accordance with law for the ratification of the abovementioned decree-laws
;
Deemed necessary to reiterate the aforementioned decree-laws;
Given the decision of the Congress of State 10 adopted at its meeting on 25 September 2012;
According to Article 22, Title VI, the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005;
Considering Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2,
of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following Decree-Law:
