Microsoft Word - DL144-2012.doc REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 144 of October 16, 2012 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Given the decision of the 27 State Congress adopted in the sitting of 9 October 2012; Given the necessity and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 183 of 15 December 2005 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 12 December 2005, namely: the need to extend further terms relating to the presentation of varying complaints and statements of compliance required by Decree Law 175 of 26 October 2010 as amended by Decree Law 153 of 30 September 2011 in order to allow the full and complete implementation of the extraordinary verification procedures of the existing Land Cadastre and Building Cadastre; the urgent need to make those changes immediately in view of the forthcoming expiry of the deadline for the completion of the updating procedures relating to real estate already stacked, limit set by Decree Law n.153 / 2011 in the October 31, 2012; Having regard to Article 22 of Title VI of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: EXTENSION OF TERMS RELATED TO THE PROCEDURES FOR CHECKING OUT EXTRAORDINARY FORCE LAND LAND LAND AND BUILDINGS "Single Article 1. The term of 31 October 2012 provided for by art. 15, para 3 and art. 17, paragraph 1 of the Decree - Law 175 of October 26, 2010, respectively, as amended by art. 1, paragraph 1 and article. 2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Decree - Law 153 of 30 September 2011 is extended until 30 June 2013.
