LAW 30 November 1995 n REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 20 June 2013 65 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law December 15, 2005 and 183 of Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005, namely: - the need not to jeopardize what has already been recognized by the Convention of Friendship and Good Neighbourhood between the Republic of San Marino and the United d ' Italy 31 March 1939, and more specifically Article 56 of the Convention, as amended by the Agreement of December 20, 1960 Additional; - The urgent need to allow the renewal of arms ports for hunting use in maturity; Given the decision of the Congress of State no. 14 adopted at its meeting on 11 June 2013; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: MODIFICATION TO ARTICLE 24, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER B) OF LAW August 10, 2012 No. 122 "ACT IN THE MATTER OF WEAPONS AND EXPLOSIVES" Unique Article 1. Article 24 , paragraph 1, letter b) of Law 10 August 2012 n. 122 is amended as follows: "b) for the carrying of weapons for sports use be resident in the territory of the Republic of San Marino; for the carrying of hunting weapons for use by a resident in the territory of the Republic of San Marino or a citizen of the latter residing in Italy; ".
