Draft Decree Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 162 of 29 November 2013 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law of 15 December 183 of 2005 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005, namely the need to change the zoning of the professional Training Course basic cycles in the Decree - Law 78/2011, in order to allow to determine the class Council the start of the stage according to the educational needs of the class and the urgent need to allow the application of the amendment during the training year; Given the decision of the Congress of State no. 25 adopted at its meeting of 19 November 2013; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREE - LAW May 10, 2011 No. 78 "ESTABLISHMENT OF THE THREE YEARS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING BASE - DIDACTIC" Art. 1 1. Article 2 of Decree - Law May 10 2011 n. 78 is amended as follows: "Art. 2 (Division into annual cycles) The annual training plan of each year has a scan in cycles and includes, on the basis of the prospectus referred to in Table 1 - Annual Subdivision in cycles, Annex A: a) two cycles in the first year of course; the first cycle has a duration of 17 weeks; The second cycle lasts 18 weeks; b) two cycles in the second year of the course; the first cycle has a duration of 16 weeks; the second cycle has a duration 19 weeks; under the second cycle it is carried out the internship of three weeks (108 hours), whose period is determined by the class council; c) two cycles in the third year of the course; the first cycle has a duration of 14 weeks; the second cycle has a duration of 21 weeks; under the second cycle it is carried out the internship of 6 weeks (205 hours), whose period is determined by the class council. ". Art. 2 1. Article 13 of the Decree - Law 10 May 2011 n. 78 is amended as follows: "Art. 13 (Evaluation) At the end of each cycle, the trainers of the same course express, each in their field, a decimal rating assessment is communicated to the family. The overall evaluation at the end of the second cycle of the first and second year of admission value in second and third year and that relative to the end of the second cycle of the third year of admission to the value of qualification examinations. The stage of the second and third year is evaluated at the end of the second cycle of the second and third year. ". Art. 3 1.
