We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005; We
promulgate and publish the following Qualified Law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 31 October 2014 with 42 votes in favor, 2 votes against:

QUALIFIED LAW 3 November 2014 Ranked # 1

CHANGES IN ARTICLE 5 OF LAW QUALIFIED
30 October 2003 145 - PROVISIONS on Judicial

Art. 1

1. The last paragraph of Article 5 of the Qualified Law 145 of October 30, 2003, as amended by Article 5 of
Qualified Law 16 September 2011 2, is replaced by:
"may be appointed as Attorney the Treasury also the auditors commissarial with
least two years of service. The evaluation of the acquired professional competence is carried out by the Judicial Council
in plenary session, at which the Chief Judge must submit a special report.
The competition for Auditor Commissarial law graduates who have not
completed their fortieth birthday. ".

Art. 2

1. With the entry into force of this qualified law is authorized to start procedures for the recruitment of three
commissioner's auditors for the year 2014.

Art. 3

1. This qualified law comes into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
