L209-2014 SAN MARINO We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having regard to Article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on November 25, 2014: November 27, 2014 Ranked # 209 LAW PROVISIONS TO COMBAT THE PHENOMENON OF RESIGNATION IN WHITE AND PROTECTION OF PARENTHOOD 'Art. 1 ( purpose) 1. this law aims to thwart the preparation, storage and use of blank resignations by employers, particularly if they are to the detriment of workers and workers with children up to the age of three or disabled children. Art. 2 (Mode) 1. In the event of resignation of the worker or the worker or the termination of the employment relationship is up to the worker or the worker's responsibility to personally go to the Labour Office and sign the voluntary termination module of employment, provided for that purpose, which replaces, in this case, the outage mandatory reporting of employment, in Article 23 of Law 95 of 19 September 1989 "Law on employment." 2. The Labour Office shall issue to the worker or the worker a copy of the voluntary termination of employment form signed and provides day-to send a copy to the employer. Art. 3 (Effectiveness) 1. The Office of Labour is required to give effect to the registration of the termination of the employment relationship of the worker and the worker only when the resignation should be made in accordance with the provisions in the preceding article. Art. 4 (Entry into force) 1. This law shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following that of its legal publication.
