Draft Decree Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 230 of 30 December 2014 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law of 15 December 183 of 2005 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 12 December 2005, namely the necessity and urgency of adapting some prices and tariffs of postal services for the interior, for Italy and abroad to new market standards; Given the decision of the Congress of State 16 adopted at its meeting on 23 December 2014; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Articles 9 and 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: PROVISIONS ON POSTAL RATES Art. 1 (rates and prices) 1. The fees and prices of postal services with effect from 1 January 2015 are defined in the tables attached to this Decree- law as mentioned below: a) Table 1: rates and postal prices inward; b) Table 2: rates and postal prices to Italy; c) Table 3: postal rates and prices abroad. Art. 2 (Repeals) 1. The following are repealed: Table 1, section 1.1., The Decree - Law of 9 September 2010 n. 154, the Decree - Law 22 January 2013 n. 4, the tables a), b), c) of Annex 1 of the Decree of 10 July 2009 n. 96, as well as any other provision contrary to the provisions of this Decree-Law.
