Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 7 (Master Plan) are amended in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this Article. 2. The particles are located in Acquaviva, Gaviano locations, marked on Map Sheet 18, 274 (part), 177, 160, 162 (part), 391, 180 , 281 held on the board of the General Plan to "Zone E: agricultural areas" (Article 7 of 43/1992 Act), are transformed into "Zone of Human Services - sp" (Article 48 of Law no. 7 / 1992). 3. The parcel, located in Acquaviva, Gaviano locations, marked on Map Sheet 18, 181 (in part) designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone E: agricultural areas" (Article 43 of Law 7 / 1992), it has turned into "Zone of Human Services - zs" (Article 7 of 48/1992 Act). 4. The particles are located in Acquaviva, Gaviano locations, marked on Map Sheet 18, 198 (partly) and 199 (in part) designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone E: agricultural areas" ( Article 43 of the 7/1992) Law, have turned into "Zone of Human Services - p" (Article 48 of the 7/1992 Law). 5. Changes referred to in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 are represented in Annex A of this law. Art. 2 1. The Annex B to the law 29 January 1992 n.7 (Master Plan) is amended in accordance with the provisions of Section 2. 2. The particles are located in Domagnano, marked the Map Sheet 21, 157 (in part), n.1094 (in part), n.1095 (in part), held on the board of the General Plan to "Zone E: * * to coordinate agricultural areas" (Article 43 of Law no. 7/1992), and at the same time included in the "Zone Naturalistiche Safeguard" (Article 31 of the 7/1992 Law), they have become "Public Roads". 3. The amendments referred to in paragraph 2 are shown in Appendix B of this Act. Art. 3 1. Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 (Master Plan) are amended in accordance with the provisions of Section 2, all as further described in Appendix C of this law. 2. The particles are located in Borgo Maggiore Valdragone locations, marked on Map Sheet 30, # 740 and # 712, held on the board of the General Plan to "Zone D1: production areas in Detailed Plan" (Article 41 of the 7/1992) reads, have turned into "Zone for Services - a" (Article 48 of the 7/1992 law). Art. 8 1. Limited to urban areas D1 Rovereta 01, 10 Gualdicciolo D1, D1 04 Galazzano (production areas in the detailed plan referred to in Article 41 of the Law of 29 January 1992 7), the following functions are also possible which Article 183 of the Law of 19 July 1995 87: C3 - C Group private tertiary function, trade and services; C4 - C Group private tertiary function, trade and services; C13 - Accessories and technical volumes G9 - Group G public tertiary Function: equipment and services; The settlement of these functions are still within the limits provided for in Chapter IV Section I of the Law 87 of July 19, 1995 and the respective national rules on hygiene and safety in the workplace. 2. In order to establish the functions of which the upper paragraph, in the individual production zones indicated therein, is provided for each of them the following procedure: a) Office to Territorial Planning of a feasibility study in the manner provided Article 2, paragraph 6, of the Chief Executive Decree 97 of June 15, 2011 to ask at the base of the resolution of orientation, of Law 107 of October 3, 2007, containing in particular the functional and technical characteristics of the urban interventions to be implemented ; b) Preparation by the Office of Territorial Planning Variation of the Detailed Plan in the manner provided by Law 107 of October 3, 2007, and subsequent regulation. 3. With delegated decree, to be adopted before proceedings for the areas referred to in paragraph 1, are regulated: a) the monetization mode of parking spaces may not be found on private property affected in accordance with the provisions of article 192 of Law 87 of July 19, 1995. For measures of partial or total conversion of the property they shall be determined on the basis of commercial and ancillary area converted; b) urban-planning charges related to the change of the intended use; c) the maximum percentage of floor space designed the installation of accessory functions of the C Group, referred to the classification referred to in paragraph 3 of Article 99 of Law 87 of July 19, 1995, compared to the total effective surface area. 4. For existing businesses, established pursuant to Article 3 of Appendix "A" to the Law 130 of July 26, 2010, it is expected the adjustment to urban standards established by the Chief Executive Decree referred to in paragraph 3 within the top deadline set by the same decree. Art.9 1. With delegated decree are determined any changes to Article 29 of Law 130 of 26 July 2010 as amended by Article 4a of the Delegate Decree n.174 / 2014. Art.10 1. The realization of composting centers of organic waste is also permitted in "Zone E: * * to coordinate agricultural areas" (Article 7 of 43/1992 Act). This intervention takes the form of implementation planning tool and, therefore, the authorization process is as follows: a) preparation of the Detailed Plan and environmental screening by the Office Regional Planning, on behalf of the Secretariat of State for the Land and Environment in agreement with the Secretary of State with all'AASS delegation, in the manner provided by applicable regulations; b) approval of the said environmental screening by the Scientific Technical Committee (STC); c) approval by the Commission for Territorial Policies, in the manner established by Law 107 of October 3, 2007, and subsequent regulation, the detailed plan referred to in subparagraph a), taking into account any rules laid down by CTS.
2. The settlement of the aforementioned composting centers takes place within the limits provided for in Chapter IV, Section I, of Law 87 of July 19, 1995 and the applicable rules of hygiene and safety in the workplace. Art.11 1. Changes to the existing public roads or construction of new roads, and / or enlargement, not included in areas subject to planning implementation, are subject to the detailed plans training process according to the law n.107 / 2007 no need to initiate the process variation to the PRG. 2. These changes are implemented by Regional Planning by updating Annex A1 of 7/1992 Law. Art.12 1. The plan called "Table Areas Naturalistic Safeguard", the plan called "Table Parks" and the plan called "Table of special constraints", of Law 126 of 16 November 1995, shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of this law. Art.13 1. The following are repealed all provisions inconsistent with this Law. Art.14 2. This Act comes into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication.
