Text Decree - Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 10 April 2015 47 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the referred to in Article 2 need or emergency conditions, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 15 183 of December 2005 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005, namely: - the need to adapt existing legislation on international cooperation and judicial assistance in order to strengthen security and develop cooperation between Member States in the fight against terrorism and to regulate new types of offenses; - The urgent need to give immediate feedback to the aforementioned need for a rapid adaptation to the latest international standards; Given the decision of the Congress of State # 1 adopted at its meeting on 10 April 2015; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following decree-law: URGENT MEASURES IN THE FIELD OF COMBATING TERRORISM Art. 1 1. After Article 13 of the Decree - Law of 15 July 2013 n. The following Chapter 83 is inserted: "CHAPTER IIIa SUPPRESSION OF TERRORIST ACTS BY WEAPONS EXPLOSIVE Art. 13a (Terrorist attacks using explosive devices) 1. Whoever, for the purpose of causing death or serious injury or to cause substantial damage to places or buildings or installations, delivery, place, operates or detonates explosives or other lethal devices in a place open to the public, in a building for public use, against assets, infrastructure or resources for public use or transport or public facilities transport or related service facilities shall be punished with imprisonment of seventh grade. 2. Applies the captivity of eighth grade, and the interdiction of the fourth degree if the facts stated in the preceding paragraph comes the death of one or more persons. ". Art. 2 1.
