SAN MARINO We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having regard to Article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Qualified Law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 18 June 2015 with 43 votes in favor, 1 against and 2 abstentions: LAW QUALIFIED June 18 2015 Ranked # 1 PROVISIONS ON DESCRIPTION AND APPOINTMENT OF cOMPONENTS oF tHE BOARDS Board pERMANENT COMMISSIONS aND BODIES aPPOINTMENT Council Chamber Art. 1 1. the members of the Council Great and General appointed following nomination and representing the Board's Groups or Lists represented in the Great and General Council as members of the permanent Council Commissions or of other commissions and the Board appointed bodies in accordance with rules laid down for each of them, if you peel off from the group or from the list that has appointed them, are replaced on the above committees and bodies with other board members belonging to the same group or list that appointed them, they are replaced on the above committees and bodies with other board members belonging to the same group or list as a result of a special paragraph on the Great and General Council's agenda at the request of the membership list or the same group. 2.
