Text Decree - Law DECREE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO - LAW 25 June 2015 96 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the referred to in Article 2 need or emergency conditions, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184 determined by the continuation of the socio-political conditions in Ukraine that do not allow that the return of temporary and seasonal workers can be kept without danger to their physical safety and the need to regulate the possible their stay in the territory at the expiration of the permit stay for seasonal employment or temporary; Given the decision of the Congress of State # 1 adopted at its meeting on 23 June 2015; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: EXTRAORDINARY AND TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF TERMS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 10, PARAGRAPH 7 OF THE LAW 28 June 2010 N. 118 Single Article 1. In an exceptional and temporary Ukrainian citizens who have permits to stay for business purposes in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 2, letter a) and b) of Law 28 June 2010 n. 118 already expired at the date of entry into force of this decree - law or due within 31 December 2015 are not obliged to return to the country of origin referred to in paragraph 7 of that Article. 2. At the request of the person referred to in the preceding paragraph, and in order to allow the stay in San Marino for the month following the expiration of the residence permit for employment purposes, it is issued by the Gendarmerie - Foreign Office - permission to residence provided for in Article 8 of Law 28 June 2010 n. 118.
