Text Decree - Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 158 of 27 October 2015 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, letter b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184, namely the necessity and urgency of adapting some prices and tariffs of postal services in Italy and abroad with the new market standards; Given the decision of the 20 State Congress adopted in the sitting of 13 October 2015; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: PROVISIONS ON POSTAL RATES Art. 1 (rates and prices) 1. The fees and prices of postal services with effect from 1 November 2015 are defined in the attached tables to this decree - law as mentioned below: a) Table 1: rates and postal prices to Italy; b) Table 2: postal rates and prices abroad. Art. 2 (Repeals) 1. The following are repealed: the point A and point C of Table 2 and point A and point C of Table 3 of Decree - Law 230 of December 30, 2014, and any other provision contrary those of this decree - law.
