Draft Decree Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 177 of December 4, 2015 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law of 15 December 2005 no. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of December 15, 2005 and more specifically and precisely the necessity and urgency of adapting some prices and tariffs of postal services, for Italy and abroad with the new market standard ; Given the decision of the Congress of State 15 adopted at its meeting on 2 December 2015; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Articles 9 and 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: PROVISIONS ON POSTAL RATES Art. 1 (rates and prices) 1. The fees and prices of postal services, with effect from 7 December 2015, are defined in the attached tables to this decree - law as mentioned below: a) Table 1: rates and postal prices to Italy; b) Table 2: postal rates and prices abroad. Art. 2 (Repeals) 1. The following are repealed Section B of Table 2 and Section B of Table 3 attached to the Decree - Law 230 of December 30, 2014, and any other provision contrary to the provisions of this Decree - Law.
