Art. 2 (Recruiting in urgent because of a Judge of Appeal) 1. The Judicial Council in plenary has the power to recruit a Judge of Appeal with the exclusive task of deciding civil cases appellate pro servato at 31 December 2014. 2. the Judge of Appeal by reclutarsi in mind paragraph 1 must meet the requirements of Article 5, paragraph 3, of the Qualified Law 145 of October 30, 2003, as amended. 3. The term of office is three years non-renewable. 4. The Judge of Appeal shall be appointed by the Judicial Council in the manner prescribed in Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Qualified Law n.145 / 2003, as amended. For this purpose you will be issued a notice of the public holiday. Article 3 (Entry into force) 1. This qualified law comes into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication.
