Microsoft Word - DL014-2016.doc REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 18 February 2016 14 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, letter b) Constitutional Law 15 December 2005 n. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184, namely: - the need to modify the aforesaid Article 7, paragraph 5, of Law December 5, 2014 n. 211 in order to ensure conformity with the existing constitutional rules on the hierarchy of norms and standards in force that have regarding the attribution of legislative power to the Great and General Council and of regulatory powers to other constitutional bodies and organs foreseen by San Marino eliminating the provision that the Supervisory Commission Rules must be approved by the Great and General Council; - The urgent need to introduce this amendment before the opening of paragraph 8 on the agenda of the council session convened 18 to 23 February pv that at his point b) specifically provides for the approval of the Supervisory Committee Regulations; Given the decision of 46 of the State Congress adopted in the sitting of 16 February 2016; Heard the unanimous opinion of the Office of the Great and General Council Presidency in its meeting of February 18, 2016; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 7, PARAGRAPH 5, OF THE LAW December 5, 2014 # 211 - LAW ON PUBLISHING AND OCCUPATION OF OPERATORS INFORMATION Single Article 1. Article 7 , paragraph 5, of Law December 5, 2014 n. 211 is amended as follows: "5. The Commission's activities and spaces in the preceding paragraph are subject to regulation to be adopted by the Commission within six months of entry into force of this Act. The regulation is transmitted to the Office of the Presidency knowledge and parties and movements who have submitted lists to the last elections. ".
