We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of the
Qualified Law n.186 / 2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following ordinary law approved by
Great and General Council at its meeting on 13 March 2007.

AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 43 OF LAW 29 January 1992 Ranked # 7 (
PLAN GOVERNOR GENERAL - PRG) AND RELEVANT IMPLEMENTING RULES


Art.1
Article 43, fourth paragraph, of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 is replaced by the following:

"The ability to establish rural buildings for residential use is exclusively reserved to the operator agriculture
holder at least 10 years continuous licensing of" farmer "and
once.".


Art.2
The practices relating to the construction of rural buildings for residential purposes
submitted to the Office of Environmental Resources and Agricultural Management (UGRAA) for the initiation of the process of approval,
before the date of 27 February 2007, will be examined according to the rules in force at the time of the presentation of the same
.


Art.3
This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
