May 3, 2007 57 LAW PROVISIONS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION FOR ACCESS TEACHING IN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND LOWER SCHOOL UPPER SECONDARY aND tEACHING oF ENGLISH iN tHE PRIMARY SCHOOL aND PHYSICAL eDUCATION iN sCHOOLS oF EVERY ORDER aND dEGREE Art.1 from the school year 2007/2008 the qualifications required for access to teaching in Middle School and Higher Secondary school and for teaching the English Language in the Elementary school and Physical Education in Schools of all levels, is the Postgraduate Diploma for secondary education describing the particular class of competition, Annex "a" the present law. They are equivalent to the diploma awarded on completion of graduate teaching in secondary schools (SSIS) also academic year courses of the second level to address educational (COBASLID) and music teaching courses both at the Conservatory of Music. Art. 2 remain valid for access to teaching the equivalent qualifications referred to in Article 3 of Decree 25 May 1994 n. 49 provided they have achieved the entry into force of this Act. Access will be allowed to teaching, after graduation, even to those who, on the date of entry into force of this Act, are already enrolled in equivalent courses listed in Article 3 of Decree 25 May 1994 n. 49. In the period of acquisition of title will be placed on the list as provided for in article 4 Art.3 For the aspirants to positions and supply teachers who enroll in the ranking on the basis of the qualifications specified in Article 1 is applied to Table Annex "C" to this law. The teaching provided by the teachers referred to in this article does not give rise to the award of service score, except as may be accrued up to the school year 1994/1995 after graduation or ISEF diploma or degree of the Academy of Fine arts or the Conservatory diploma. Those who have been registered on the list by virtue of the specific degree for the joint education enrollment in equivalent courses listed in Article 3 of Decree 25 May 1994 n. 49, hold the accrued score for the service eventually loaned to the 2006/2007 school year. The inscription on the list of those who have not yet obtained a degree in Primary Education but, entered the third academic year, have passed the examinations provided for their curriculum and for the first two years of the course, it is permitted for the purpose of supply teachers only and solely on the rankings of Primary School Teacher and Educator - Teacher Childhood School. Article 5. The qualifications required and regulated by this Act are subject to biennial review; any amendments to be adopted with appropriate delegated decree.
