LAW ON MEASURES FOR MARITAL STATUS, FOR THE REGISTRY AND STATISTICAL AND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SPECIAL EXECUTIVE OFFICER March 27, 1905 Chapter I. Fundamental and preliminary provisions. Chapter III. Population and population. Chapter IV. Statistical Office. Each certificate shall bear in front of an annual progressive number corresponding to an authenticated register earlier in each sheet by the Home Secretary.
