LAW OF CORPSE SULL'INUMAZIONE January 8, 1910 Art. 1. - For the parishes of Pieve, village, and Serravalle Chiesanuova (1), burial and burial of the dead bodies with effect from 1 April 1910 can not be made in the respective public cemeteries. (2) Art. 2. - For the above parishes is strictly prohibited the burial of corpses in the churches, oratories and other places any, not used for public cemeteries. Violators of this provision, the proprietors, usufructuaries and licensors, as licensees, applicants and performers she will incur penalty of imprisonment of six months, in addition to the fine, to be paid jointly by all offenders, to three hundred pounds for each. Will, besides this, offenders liable of years, costs and consequences of their actions. The above penalties will be applied by the Commissioner of the Law on the simple observation of fact. Politically inspector care on the finding of fact will be immediately arranged - from hygiene standards prescribed hill - the exhumation of the corpses, and their transport in the near cemetery solid expenses of all parties who have violated, and with the privilege of directing hand. Art. 3. - With special regulation will set the standards and requirements for the burial of remains in public cemeteries. Art. 4. - This decree will be extended to other parishes hand in hand that will be constructed public cemeteries. (1) Decree of 26 November 1908: "You order the burial of corpses in the new Chiesanuova cemetery". (2) Decree of June 8, 1911: "The rate pei deposits it rural cemeteries is set at thirty lire per square meter of occupied area".
