LAW GOVERNING THE PUBLICATION OF LAWS AND DECREE November 26, 1914 No 13 Art. 1. - The laws approved by the Great and General Council are promulgated by the Regency. Art. 2. - They become mandatory in all the Republic in the fifteenth day after its publication unless the law is promulgated ltrimenti willing. Art. 3. - The publication consists of the posting of authentic copy of the law in the appropriate register of the Government Palace. The posting occurred shall be recorded in the Secretariat of the Interior through cursorile report. Art. 4. - The laws are also posted, in special alb, in municipalities or parishes of the Republic and inserted in the Official Bulletin of Acts and Decrees, but the lack of these billboards and advertisements does not exempt from the observance of the law once ch 'it has been duly published in accordance with the previous article. Art. 5. - The above rules also apply to the Regulations and the Decrees issued by both the Great and General Council as the Regency according to the Statutory art. 549 Criminal Code. Art. 6. - Any contrary provision or practice is repealed. This Act shall come into force on the fifteenth day after its publication to be made in the ways and places so far in use.
