LAW THAT ALLOWS THE CURTAIN OF piling IN CASE OF SUPPORT TO NECESSARII PIPELINES ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE November 26, 1914 No 30 Art. 1. - Every owner or possessor is bound to let infiggere in the facades of the premises safe support for electrical conduits , tel phonic and telegraph, as well as the supports for lighting lamps and that when those works are done on behalf of the Government and therefore in the public interest. Art. 2. - The proprietors or owners will not, for now these works, entitled to any compensation: this provision, rejected any contrary exception also applies to works made before today. Art. 3. - are borne by the Government all the works necessary eg regular system of support for their maintenance and for the elimination of hazards.
