LAW REPEALING ART. 549 N. 9 COD. PEN. AND DECLARES MIS DONE DAR RICETTO AND PROMOTE The DESERTERS BY FOREIGN ARMIES March 14, 1918 Art. 1. - The provision in the No 9 of art. 549 Criminal Code (1) is hereby repealed, and the fine provided for therein, will be considered trespass. Art. 2. - All those who give refuge to an army deserter of a Foreign Government, will incur the penalty of imprisonment from one to three years, and in the fine from L. 100 to L. 500. Those who in any way favor a disertor incur the penalty of imprisonment from six months to one year and in the fine by L. 50 to L. 200. Art. 3. - half of the fine referred to in articles ivy for the benefit of the public force agents They have cooperated at the unveiling of the crime.
