Law 25 January 1921 Ranked # 4 which prohibits evictions until the end of March 31, 1922. Art. 1. - Until March 31, 1922 it is forbidden to carry out evictions of tenants or sub-tenants who have fulfilled the main requirements of the contract lease. Art. 2. - The effects of injunctions and eviction orders already given notice of the date of this Act, such as those which may be given notice then in force these exceptional provisions, remain suspended until twenty days after the one on which this law has ceased to be in force. Meanwhile beware leases will be considered, for all legal purposes, tacitly renewed from month to month. The owner or sub-lessor, in force this Act, shall not increase the rent. Art. 3. - The present exceptional provisions do not apply to those homeowners that could demonstrate the need to have open their homes to live there. So also they are not included in this Act to the effects of the ban on eviction and the increase in the thick premises that are to use the shop, shop, storehouse and offices. Art. 4. - This Act shall come into force immediately after its publication.
