1) June 5, 1923 Law No. 20 establishing the Equestrian Order of Saint Agatha. The Great and General Council of the Republic of San Marino; including the need to show themselves grateful to those foreign citizens with industries, with charity work and glue facing the Oper Pie San Marino people have rendered great service of the Republic, in Session 5 June 1923 ordered models: Art. 1. - E 'set Equestrian an Order under the invocation of St. Agatha. Art. 2. - The Order has four grades: Knight, Knight Officer, Commander, Grand Officer. Art. 3. - The power to confer the Order shall be referred to a special commission made up of: 1) the two Regent pro tempore; 2) five Dignitaries - Func ari: Foreign Secretary, the President of the Commission of Budget, the two government auditors, the Law Commissioner; 3) the President of the Congregation of Charity on behalf of these charitable organizations; 4) four members appointed by the Great and General Council; one of them or two members will be chosen from among the citizens Councillors. Art. 4. - The Regency pro-tempore serves as Grand Master of the Order; Secretary for Foreign Affairs to the Secretary of the Order itself. Art. 5. - The rules laid down for the Equestrian Order of San Marino (Decrees of March 22, 1860 and September 27, 1868) are high and as far as possible, applicabi to the new order. Art. 6. - The decoration for the Knights consists of an enameled gold cross on a white, mm. 35, diameter, loaded on one side of a golden round shield bearing the image of St. Agatha Agatha and the inscription around: "Sant'Agata protector" and the other written glue "Merenti Well" in the same shield. That cross themselves hanging by a silk ribbon waving off 40 mm., Cut longitudinally by five lists of equal length, of which the center of crimson, the two white and yellow medians extreme. Art. 7. - The decoration pei Knights Official is the same as that of the Knights rosette glue on the tape. Art. 8. - The Commanders Cross pei is 45 mm. diameter is brought to the neck hanging off tape 55 mm. Art. 9. - That of Grand'Ufficiali includes the Cross of Commander with more 'a plaque at a diamond silver eight-pointed star of 65 mm diameter, loaded the Commendatore Cross.
