Executive Law of the Additional Convention May 20, 1924 between the Republic of San Marino
and the Kingdom of Italy.

We the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino
availing ourselves of the faculties granted to us by the Great and General Council since her return from His models
5 June 1924;
Decree, promulgate and publish:
Art.
1. Full and complete implementation is given to the Additional Convention to that good-neighborly friendship and
of June 28, 1897, between the Republic of San Marino and the Kingdom of Italy, signed in Rome on 20
May 1924, in addition to that ended this day of February 16, 1906, June 14, 1907, 10
February 1914, February 5, 1920 and June 24, 1921, whose ratifications were exchanged in Rome,
between the two Governments, the 20 September 1924.
Art. 2.
It sends for all to observe and ensure compliance with this Act which enters into force immediately
.
Given at Our Residence 22 September 1924.

CONVENTION ADDITIONAL that good neighborly and friendship of June 28, 1897, concluded between the Republic of San Marino
and the Kingdom of Italy, in addition to those stipulated ddI February 16, 1906, June 14, 1907 , February 10
1914, February 5, 1920 and June 24, 1924
the Most Serene Republic of San Marino and His Majesty the King of Italy, desiring to make,
in the interest of good relations between two countries, some additions and amendments to the Convention
friendship and good neighborliness between them signed June 28, 1897 and subsequent
additional conventions mentioned above, have appointed ale effect:

MAJESTY THE KING OF ITALY
His Excellency the Hon. Benito Mussolini, Prime Minister, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs
, Supreme Knight of the Order of the Annunciation;
Who, after communication of full powers, found in due form, have agreed on the following conclusion
:
Unique Article
Without limiting the other articles of the aforementioned conventions, the first article
Convention of 24 June 1921 is amended as follows:
the Government of His Majesty the King of Italy will continue to pay for three years, with effect from 1 July
1923, the Government of the Republic of San Marino the annual sum of one and a half million lire.
Will continue to pay the same amount for subsequent years, unless terminated by
Maybe six months before the expiration of the financial year, valid for the following year.
This Convention shall be ratified and the ratifications shall be exchanged in Rome, as' soon as possible
.
Done in Rome, in duplicate, 20 May 1924.
