Law amending the taxes on the use of motor vehicles.

We the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino
promulgate and publish the following Law passed the Great and General Council in
His Returning models 15 January 1925.
Art. 1.
art.1. Law and article 2 of the Regulations for circulation taxes on vehicles
6 March 1922 No. 13: Decree 30 June 1922 22; the Law November 24, 1923 29 are
brought the following changes:
When presented to visiting vehicles whose engines are in the following conditions:
1.) have a date of manufacture (with supporting evidence) 1914 or the previous year
;
2.) Have undergone decay to the site use:
Technical Department is authorized to reduce the power resulting from the application of the formula in the
article 2 of the Regulations, to an extent which corresponds to the effective normal average power of the motors
.
In no case shall the reduction will be more than twenty percent.
Art. 2.
This Act definitely comes into force.
