14. Law No. ENTITY Individual Loan Awards. We the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino promulgate and send for publishing the following law approved by the Great and General Council in His models Returning March 26, 1925, and authorized, in relation to the Law on 15-24 November 1917 Ranked # 17 contests, with Decree HH the Law Commissioner, today: Art. 1. the loan Awards issued for the benefit of the Institutes of Charity and of San Marino security, loan according to the acts of foundation and constitution must be considered as a legal institution in itself, will an autonomous administration entrusted to a Commission c mposta of five persons elected by the Great and General Council. Art. 2. The Commission referred to above will be named the "Administrative Commission Ente Autonomo Loan Awards" and will remain in office for the duration of the term of the Great and General Council proceeded to the election and will be confirmed in ' Office. If during the term was for any CAUA lack some Member of the Commission, the Great and General Council will immediately it is replaced and the new elected will hold office until the completion of its term. Art. 3. The duties and the functioning of the Commission come or fixed by special regulations. Art. 4. The Ente Loan Awards is under the general supervision of the Government. Art. 5.
