N. 6. Law that abolishes the Commission of Public Works. We the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following Law passed in Returning the Great and General Council delli March 22, 1926: Art. 1. The Commission of Public Works, under Regulation 6 June 1922, it is abolished. Art. 2. All proposals, projects, even as they concern the choice of locations, cost estimates, prices, rates for hand labor and materials, Perizi, reports on the work in progress or completed and any else, must by Chief Engineer Government be sent to the Secretariat for consideration, the approval and the approval of the higher organs, which has always reserved the right to seek the opinion of the Technical Consultant artistic and anyone else. The Secretariat will also be sent payment orders, accompanied by the supporting costs, with indication of the labor, the fund approval Decree signposted, the amount spent and employed and that a residual and whatever else is required by the Laws, Regulations and special specifications.
