Law which implements the Convention of San Marino - Italian 16 July 1926 on hunting

We the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino
availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council in His Returning
30 August 1926;
We decree, promulgate and send for publishing:
Art.
1. The Convention on hunting done at Rome 16 July 1926 between the Republic of San Marino
and the Kingdom of Italy, is given, just the agreements reached between the respective Governments, provisional
running to become final with the exchange of ratifications.
Art. 2.
It sends for all to observe and ensure compliance with this Act which enters into force immediately

Convention between the Government of San Marino and the Italian Government on hunting.
The Government of the Republic of San Marino and the Government of His Majesty the King of Italy, Desiring
to avoid the inconveniences that may arise, both to San Marino citizens and to those Italian
, species of common by penetrating neighboring hunting, even inadvertently, in the territory

the citizens of the Republic of San Marino bear the port license of long firearms, which also serves to
use of hunting, issued by the Authority of your country, do not incur any penalty
when exercising hunting by terri I of the provinces of Forlì and Pesaro, as long as they act in conformity with the rules laid
governing the exercise of hunting .
Similarly, citizens of the Kingdom of Italy, resident in the provinces of Pesaro and Forlì, bearing the license
port of long firearms, which also serves for use of hunting, they do not incur penalty || | no, if Caccini in the territory of the Republic of San Marino, as long as they adhere to special
provisions governing the exercise of hunting there.
Equal treatment is done within those territorial limits, for the practice of bird trapping.
To this end, the authorities of San Marino and those of Public Safety of the two aforementioned provinces Italian

It shall come into force from the day of the exchange of ratifications and shall, as from that date, a
